Today, relying on enterprise housing design and Mr. Yang Tao's assistance, Hu Jian and Leng Qianrui, two outstanding designers, have officially stepped onto the stage of design, extending the design boundaries, deeply practicing the national market development strategy, creating high-quality and high-benefit projects for customers, and exploring the infinite possibilities of future new paths together.

胡坚先生
胡坚先生现任企屋设计主案设计师，曾携手与杨涛先生获得上海国际设计周金梁中国设计奖、中国精英设计峰会家居百强设计师、筑巢·中国美好人居70年展·美好人居创造者等。
通过所见所闻传递五感设计，创造出功能合理，舒适优美的生活环境，以设计美学的角度探寻空间之美，自由、精神、惊喜随之而来，设计的意义是解决问题的基础上提升美感和质感，美感和质感是我们赋予项目的更高意义，解决核心需求和痛点、难点才是首要目标，希望创造出美学和功能结合的空间。
Mr. Hu Jian is currently the chief designer of corporate housing design. He has worked together with Mr. Yang Tao to win the Shanghai International Design Zhou Jinliang China Design Award, the Top 100 Home Designers at the China Elite Design Summit, and the Building Nest · China Beautiful Habitat 70 Year Exhibition · Beautiful Habitat Creator.
By conveying the five senses design through what we see and hear, we create a functional, comfortable, and beautiful living environment. From the perspective of design aesthetics, we explore the beauty of space, and freedom, spirit, and surprise come with it. The significance of design is to improve the beauty and quality on the basis of solving problems. Beauty and quality are the higher meanings we give to the project, and solving core needs, pain points, and difficulties is the primary goal, I hope to create a space that combines aesthetics and functionality.

冷倩蕊女士现任企屋设计主案设计师，曾携手与杨涛先生获得红棉设计奖、喜马拉雅设计之巅居住空间设计奖、筑巢·中国美好人居70年展·美好人居创造者等。
设计是从使用者最真实的需求出发，用艺术的笔触与灵犀为居住者构建出一所理享之家，一处优雅与功能感兼具的居室，自是要实现物与人、自然与人、人与人之间的和谐栖居，每一次与空间的交集，都是一场与居住者之间崭新的对话，画布之上要把握的不仅是布局、动线、内饰，更多的还有光影、平衡、和谐与格调。
Ms. Leng Qianrui is currently the chief designer of corporate housing design. She has collaborated with Mr. Yang Tao to win awards such as the Red Cotton Design Award, the Himalayan Design Summit Residential Space Design Award, and the Nest Building · China Beautiful Habitat 70 Year Exhibition · Beautiful Habitat Creator.
Design starts from the most authentic needs of users, using artistic brushstrokes and intuition to build a home for residents, an elegant and functional living space, aiming to achieve harmonious living between objects and people, nature and people, and people and people. Every intersection with space is a brand new dialogue with residents. On the canvas, what needs to be grasped is not only the layout, flow, interior, but also light and shadow, balance, harmony, and style.
